The push-up game
Flappy Bird, but every push-up flies the bird. Put your phone on the floor, face the camera, and your shoulders become the controller.

How the push-up game works
Flappy Reps finds your shoulders in the camera image and maps their height onto the bird. Lower your chest and the bird drops; push up and it rises. Pipes scroll in from the right, so you time your reps to fly through the gaps. The deeper and fuller your reps, the more control you have.
Before each run the game watches one full rep to learn your range, so it works for short and tall players, on knees or toes. It also measures how big your shoulders look to the camera, so a shrug on the floor barely moves the bird and a real rep does.
Setting up
- Open flappyreps.com and allow the camera.
- Put your phone on the floor about an arm's length in front of your hands, screen facing you.
- Get into push-up position with your head and shoulders in frame.
- Do one full rep to calibrate, then fly.
Tip: good light on your face and shoulders makes tracking steadier. Knee push-ups work too.
Questions
Is there a game you control with push-ups?
Yes. Flappy Reps is a Flappy Bird style game in your browser where push-ups control the bird. Your camera tracks your shoulders: go down and the bird drops, push up and it rises through the pipes.
Can I do knee push-ups?
Yes. The game calibrates to your own range of motion before each run, so knee push-ups and full push-ups both work.
Is my camera video uploaded?
No. Body tracking runs on your own device with Google's MediaPipe Pose model, and the video never leaves it. There is no account and nothing to install.
Is it free?
Your first run each day is free. For unlimited play there is a $1.99 Day Pass (24 hours) or Pro at $4.99 per month, cancel anytime.
